[POLL + MINOR SPOILER] Free-roam? Or... not-so-free-roam?
Added 2024-01-07 20:00:05 +0000 UTCKeeping the ball rolling for today, it is no secret that Episode 2 has a wider assortment of different length free roams, ranging from the 'short-but-sweet' Suyin's and David's free roams to the large and high-complexity ones of Marie and Stanford's homes.
With Episode 2, I wanted to give this taste of the possible free-roam variety in Cara in Creekmaw, presenting a tighter experience for the noticeably shorter free-roam sections while adding a level of detail and logical scene flow into the larger ones. They all have one similar goal: to give you a sense of control over Cara's actions and to let you be the one dictating what Cara sees and what she doesn't see, taking a page out of what I have previously done for E1P1, which many have viewed to be a better release over E1P2 (which lacked a free-roam) in terms of pacing and content!
The main question that I want to ask, then, is this: Excluding the smaller free-roams (Suyin & David), which free-roam felt the most well-paced and consistent out of all the free-roams presented across Cara in Creekmaw?
