Dev Log #78 - Heading into June!

Hi all! As we enter into June, I expect development to ramp up as the first one-third of the newest episode is more or less finalized, barring the possibility of adding a few scenes to round it out!

In addition to the usual progress update, I will share what is to be expected in June, as I plan to roll out a few new side stories based on the custom renders everyone receives monthly!

Side story additions!
With the successful implementation of the side story menu and the pilot incorporation of "The Twins' Dilemma", I plan to add new side stories monthly starting this June. These side stories will be much smaller in scale as compared to the one presented in E2E and will be focused more on what-if scenarios and custom renders (i.e. not canon).

These scenarios may have supplementary visuals where needed but I will try to refrain from doing unnecessary additional work and to retain my focus on Episode 3's development!

With these side stories, the intention is to provide a steady source of content as I work on Episode 3, with original dialogue pairing with the what-if scenarios and custom renders!

Development update
I'm currently working on the first free roam of Episode 3, bringing together multiple characters for the first time in the place where all of the strangeness in Cara's journey has started!

While the phone mechanics have been clunky in its implementation for quite a while now, I do want to try to get it right once and for all as I do believe there is an immense amount of potential to have it working and be integrated into the story/gameplay!

From what I've learned from previous free roams (and looking at the over-complexity of them in the walkthrough), I intend to simplify certain aspects and to have it be more straightforward; with simpler tasks and simpler objectives to meet before progression is available.

Story: 45% done. The first one-third of the story is more or less finalized, attention will shift to rendering for the next two weeks. Up 10% from last week.

Renders: 5% done. The current render count is 401, which is 99 more renders than last week. Up 1.5% from last week.

Dialogue: 0% done. With the opening scenes finalized, dialogue will be a secondary focus in the coming week, alongside renders.

Game Playability: 0% done. The phone will be re-implemented and tested heavily in the coming week.

It is a shorter dev-log for this week as I'm full-speed ahead with the development of Episode 3 after spending some time on scene finalizing! Aside from this, the custom renders for May will be slightly delayed by one or two days from this dev log and there will be an outfit poll in the middle of next week alongside the animal vore poll!
