Dev Log #100 - Already!?

Is this the 100th dev log already? And to think, it felt like yesterday since embarking on this development journey of Cara in Creekmaw!

I think it goes without saying that everyone's support, from the beginning to now, has been the driving force behind the success of the game, be it in past releases or the current development progress of Episode 3, and for that I'm thankful! Thank you for the continued support and I look forward to another 100 more dev logs and beyond that!

Now... onto the updates...

Development update
With my absence now behind me (about 12 hours ago), I'm now back to fully working on the game until 19th December (full details of my next absence are below!).

Last weekend, I managed to pose and queue renders for two scenes. One scene is the last lewd scene for Day 0 (i.e. the day that the Test Release is in) and another is for everyone's favorite Arctic fox! With the first three days of the episode now planned out in full, I'll be looking to execute as much of it as possible before going on my next absence.

For the coming week, I'll be focusing on pumping out the remaining custom renders for November and preparing the content for December's update, while simultaneously working on Episode 3 renders whenever possible!

What's in the December update?
The update will contain Ophelia's side story and a Christmas-themed special story, with its scope similar to October's content update from before! This upcoming content update will be released before 17th December!

Absence in December
I will be away from 19th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025. I will be visiting my significant other's home country and family during this time! I do want to apologize for these back-to-back absences but do be assured that I will give it my all in these two to three weeks before going on my absence to get any outstanding tasks done and done right!

There will still be previews on the Fridays that fall within this time frame, but there will be no dev logs!

----------------------------- EPISODE 3 WEEKLY BREAKDOWN --------------------
Story: 90% done. The first three days of Episode 3 have been planned fully (i.e. overall objective/flow, scenes). Up 5% from last week.

Renders: 15% done. 133 new renders were added since the last breakdown, the total now stands at 945 renders. Up 2.5% from the last week.

Dialogue: 15% done. Written initial draft of the big branching scene on Day 1. Up 5 % from last week.

Game Playability: 5% done. A few scenes can be played through but are still mostly incomplete. Up 5% from last week.

That's all for this week! As I get my engine back in gear from coming back from my absence, I'll be looking to make the coming weeks as productive as they can get, so do bear with me!
