First, as an announcement, I will be taking a break from posting image sets due to feeling unwell.
I'm currently working on finally getting the requested pieces posted properly.
As for the detailed reason for my break, I’ve been having ongoing stomach pains for the past few days. I’ve found out the cause—it seems that I’ve developed an allergy to milk (though it’s not lactose intolerance), and because of that pain, I can’t focus on my work.
It feels like I keep losing access to nutritious foods. Since the column I wrote previously, the list has grown, and now milk seems to have joined the list. What a pain.

リクエスト分をいい加減ちゃんと投稿しようと手を付けている所です。
休む詳細な理由なのですが、ここ数日の腹痛などが続いてまして、その原因がわかったのですが、どうやら牛乳にもアレルギーが出たようで（乳糖不耐症では無い）その痛みなどから作業に集中できません。
ことごとく栄養豊富な食物がダメになっていくなぁ。以前書いたコラムからまた増えてますが、ここに牛乳が追加されたようです。嫌だねぇ。
