in my headcanon, she's a shapeshifter. her real forms are either a giant, fat snake or a big, chubby naga.
In order for her to "blend in" into a society (and for easier "hunting") she takes a form of mature lady. She invites her future prey to her house, where she transforms into her "normal" form and...well, I think you know what she do after that.
WIP because it needs some fixes. Mainly the pool needs some work.
