I DESERVE TO BE

Johnny 2 Cellos

I just want to point out that Gladys Lennox was mentioned by name in Raging Bender, which I have paused right now to write this comment. I hope you get fired for that blunder.

I really liked this episode despite the ending because it's professor centric. it's just the right amount of wild for it to make sense. i think the scientists being focused on his dress is a commentary to how most interviewers on the runway will mainly ask the actresses what they're wearing and not much on the career or movie they're in, ignoring any possible humanitarian or otherwise good efforts they've done, as the Professor was trying to create something that fit the theme of recycling! Which was something that kept reoccurring throughout the episode, and him eventually straying so far away from it. Also I think I am pretty sure that he was supposed to be a parody on Karl Lagerfeld, with the name of the ponytail they ordered, which is hilarious in its own right. I wrote a spec script this summer about a 4D trashcan (like the hypercube in jimmy neutron) he invented to help with new new york's littering (my attempt at environmental commentary) that eventually just spread it elsewhere randomly throughout the city, so it was wild to see something like that referenced as a side gag with the fash-can, eventually leading to the ending, which I think they definitely incorporated better. So, they basically already did this episode and I'll have to write a new one, lol! But yeah, I thought there would be involvement from the competition as he was blatantly going against the theme, as they have reprimanded him in the past (even taking an award back IIRC) for his actions. I think overall it was a great episode, loved all references. They've had another episode like this right, where it ended on a cliffhanger that was never addressed again? I feel it's typical of them, returning to whatever the status quo was.
