1.3.1 RC1 Alpha Hairstyles Added to the Customizer!

This Alpha build has hairstyles in the customizer. There are still a few bugs, and the new hairstyles don't work for Leah yet. But, you can choose from several hairstyles for all other characters in this new build!
We'd love to see more of your favorite customizer preset in discord!
