James: Here it is, chapter 2 of Transcendent!
Mistress Cereza: Delicious! Equal parts creepy, thrilling and sexy! I'm loving it.
James: Thank you, my love. And thank you patrons for your patience while I got back into a writing groove after our vacation. I would've had this story out sooner, but I lost a couple nights of writing to dose #2 of the Moderna vaccine. I never felt sick, as some have reported, but I did feel really run down for a couple days. Like I'd just climbed a mountain or something. Certainly wasn't in the mental space to write fiction.
Mistress Cereza: I'm just glad you're fully vacced. Now, let's enjoy the weekend. You can take a day and a half off before you get to work on the next story.
