We don't think the game can be played without a PC. It may or may not be playable without SteamVR but we can't say for certain at the moment.

So is it possible getting this running on a oculus quest so without steamvr and without pc ? I guess not right now right ?

Eskoz, your VR unity vore sequence a while back was amazing and as one of your former patrons i'd really love to see more real time VR 3d like the one you did in the past.

The other reason we integrated SteamVR was because the display settings between Oculus and SteamVR are different so we figured it'd reduce the risk of bugs in the long run. But thank you for your help regardless! Games and videos both have their own type of appeal. We'll keep rooting for you in the future too. Let's both do our best!

That's perfectly understandable. As I said, it's not a big problem. I thought it could be possible to have both integrated at the same time, but now that I think back to the very short demo I did with UE4 some years ago, I might have also needed to do two separate releases for SteamVR and the Rift, to have it working properly with both platforms. Maybe something you could consider after the game is fully finished. And while selling on steam is a good idea, I would also recommend selling at other additional places, as otherwise you might lose sales due to people not wanting to let their friends know that they have bought the game. But that is something to consider in the future, I'm sure you have more important things to think about at this stage. And thanks! I hope everything goes well with you project. There's very little VR size content available. Seeing your demo last summer also inspired me to start doing VR versions of my videos again, after taking a long break from them. Of course videos aren't as nice as a proper real-time game, but it's a compromise, since many of my patrons don't have much interest in VR. Good luck!

Oh wow, Eskoz! We love your videos! We'd like to use this opportunity to thank you for your magnificent work. One of our goals is to create animations as smooth as yours! We've integrated the game with Steam VR since we plan on selling the game on Steam eventually, though we're aware that this is troublesome for people using Oculus. It would be nice if all the companies just used the same platform...

The other versions work fine? We didn't update anything as far as the game's system goes so that's odd. When similar issues happen to us it's usually due to a fault in the VR set, but if you can't manage to fix it at all, please send us an email with more elaborate detail to rmjaoigai@gmail.com.

Have you removed oculus integration at some point? The early launch demo opens fine with oculus home, but this version seems to require Steam VR installed. It's not a massive issue, but it of course would be better if the game worked without needing to install separate software. But good job on the game!

Have you tried to go back to see if the earlier version would play after discovering this latest update won't run? Also, try running with admin privilege and see if anything changes

I'm having a problem starting the game. All the other updates ran fine for me but this one. When I load it up it freezes before it can ask me what language I want to run it in and I'm stuck in the room but its very dark, has no music, and won't let me select from the main menu. I've tried it in VR, desktop, with a different resolution, the mega download and the google download and no luck.
