The last time we made an extra for TOY was 2019— it's crazy how time flies! We appreciate your patience as we wrap these extras up, it's been a lot of effort but we're really happy with the results ♥

Oh no I'm sorry to hear that! I don't see any issues on the backend, hopefully it was just an internet hiccup! I went ahead and had your downloads refreshed and resent to your email just in case - please let me know if it doesn't go through and I'll be glad to help troubleshoot!
