July Update

Hellohello! I hope this post finds you well and July has been kind to you in the middle of all of these heat waves ♥

I wanted to give all of our Patrons an update, and thought I'd share some of the character art for older Milo and Liam in LiFT ♥ We're hard at work wrapping up the final extra for TOY, but it's been fun getting their designs really solidified before I start inking pages for LiFT. More art of the cast for LiFT is in the dropbox for both art tiers if you'd like to check it out!

Some book news: TOY Volume 6 books are arriving this week, which is exciting and very quick! I need them in hand before I can order the slipcases (for sizing requirements), but we're on schedule to be much earlier than our original estimated deadlines on the Kickstarter! Minibooks still need to be ordered (more on that below), but single book orders can expect to get surveys very soon!

Spicy extra update: I'm finishing up the last touches on our final extra for the TOY minibook, which will be shared digitally to the $10 tier and added to the store as soon as it's completed! I'm really loving this one so far and had a lot of fun experimenting with fun angles; the extra itself was started back in 2020 but I completely ended up redoing the art with updated inks and paneling (a lot of art growth happened in 3 years, oops). I included a little preview of a series of panels into the $10 dropbox; it's been some of my favorite art yet and I'm really excited to share the completed extra soon ♥

We're really itching to make more comic pages soon, making extras always feels so much different than a scheduled update!
