Not only is this sequence based on a true story, the dialog comes directly from a notepad I transcribed exactly what was shouted through the floor under me. I told myself "this is gonna be worth it some day when I can give this stress to Liam instead of me." It then becomes so much funnier to me on this end.
Liam has done me this solid many times throughout writing him.
Bonus, here's a Liam without his glasses! I always take them off to color his face and it struck me how cute Suzana drew him here, so I share this with you!

A new page from you always cheers me up! Poor Liam (and the rest of the household). But, I'm surprised he doesn't either go down and ask the contractor to pipe down (more politely than that of course) or put on his noise-cancelling headphones and crank some better music.
