Some Minor Reward Changes

As the title states, I have made some slight changes to the rewards. $3 Patrons now have access to early speedpaints, MAP parts, Animations, etc. The Patreon exclusive artwork and concepts have been moved to the $5 tier and I plan on adding more rewards soon.
If there is something else you would like to see, feel free to suggest some rewards as well. I am always open to suggestions.
