As you already know, the comic is about changes in life. Mary and Jim are a long married couple. By becoming older some things in their relationship changed. Part of it is because Mary is heir of some special condition, a family curse or whatever, which will radically affect and change the couple's further life. Mary had horrible experiences with her own family in the past and is deeply afraid of what will happen with her. She never expected it would happen to her and wants to stay herself and keep her former life. Will there be a way not losing it? How will the couple go on? Meet the two on their way to "Artie"...
