Some onomatopoeia to suggest for english versions: churn, slosh, groan, blorp, shlorsh, bworp, blurble, slrrssh, glrrn, gllrk Hopefully that helps! Sometimes I notice your same size vore works, the belly looks a bit smaller to consider same size, but hot nonetheless!
