I have basically never worn long pants and socks inside the house, even in the dead of winter. I will be forced to reckon with this habit in the coming months.

Still hasn’t happened to me yet. But even after 11 months on HRT, my E levels are pathetic.

I can keep much of my body warm with leggings under jeans, two shirts and a sweater (or two sweaters and a shirt), and socks and shoes, but my feet are still cold 50% of the time and freezing a third of that (we keep our thermostats at 68). Meanwhile my teenage boys wander the house in pajama pants and short sleeve shirts. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2021-12-17 18:06:57 +0000 UTCPreach! For years, I was the "Thermostat Dictator" of our house. Trying to save money by telling my spouse to bundle up and keeping the temp low. Now? Now she laughs whenever I complain about being cold and turn the knob up... I've become a "freeze baby" as we joke.
