The game suggestions are in, the candidates have been chosen and now it is time to vote for what the next bonus playthrough will be!
I do NOT envy you this choice, because we've got a heck of candidate list. Here are some trailers in case there's a title you don't happen to recognize:

2022-12-05 16:06:07 +0000 UTCOkay, if Bug Fables can't be on this then yes, Paper Mario TTYD is PERFECT.. especially since Bug Fables works so much better if you know the Paper Marion series (the good first two) since it's pretty much some indie devs deciding "Okay, if Nintendo won't make another classic style Paper Mario game we'll just make out own, with bugs and one of the funnest card based minigames since Gwent!" Yes I really want Dan to play Bug Fables!

The Sexy Brutale and OneShot are both pretty short plays so are well suited for a bonus, and are both underplayed games. I think you'd really enjoy Crosscode for being basically a PS1 RPG upgraded with modern design and play.

It doesn't SEEM like a game that lends itself to backseating, but I've been around the internet long enough to know it's possible. And to echo someone else in this comment section, Dan should bring lots of tea to this playthrough.

There are already several playthrough on the channel I am keeping for later because I want to play the game first, and I am now very conflicted about having Stray winning this or not! Also, Cross Code and One Shot are such good (but niche) games, I hope they eventually get a chance!

2022-12-03 16:22:02 +0000 UTC😭 so glad my suggestion for Oneshot made the list, even if it's not going to get chosen. But to any other patrons, i implore you to try it!! One of my all time favorites, a game that is so good to play on PC/Steam (i strongly advise against handheld for reasons), and that must be played blind. It's charming, puzzle-based, and surprising. Just very good execution overall, and changed the way I think about video game writing.
