The thing that makes me think the acrobat did it was how did they know that the acrobat was poisoned? The acrobat seems to have a lot of secret information. The acrobat probably poisoned the victim, maybe even using the soda that Cat Lady drank, and kidnapped Snowy to cause her act to have to maybe end quickly, since Snowy was the star. That would explain the scratches. Snowy is probably drugged somewhere in the acrobats trailer

I agree with JoeJoeBink97's conclusion that the Acrobat killed the victim and framed the Cat Lady. The Acrobat was aware of her husband's wandering eyes, so I believe she planned to handle getting rid of both the Cat Lady and the new Acrobat with the murder. By drugging Cat Lady's drink, she ensured that there would be a space of time during the murder that Cat Lady would be unable to account for. Further, the Acrobat slipped and stated that she saw Snowy present while the victim was being poisoned; seeing that the murder occurred after the cats performed (the cats always perform first), and that Snowy had never actually performed that night, only the person who busted Snowy loose would have witnessed Snowy there. So from this and the scratches on her arm, the Acrobat helped Snowy escape. And judging by the blood and footprints in the snow mentioned by the Ringleader, Snowy is to be found in or around the Ringleader and Acrobat's shared trailer. We learned that Snowy's hair was found on the victim's makeup chair, so perhaps she wanted to plant further evidence that would implicate Cat Lady

Don't think for a minute I didn't hear the acrobat backtrack that Cat Lady was drugged. With some many inconsistencies and revelations, I'll try to go with two theories to see if I find the culprit. I would say that snowy the cat was probably placed in the trailer and probably escaped, maybe its still hanging around the trailer or around the circus grounds. The Acrobat said claimed that the Cat Lady wanted her husband, but the Conductor admitted that he has cheated before, wanted a family that the Acrobat didn't want and kissed the Cat Lady out of spite. My working theory's could be either the Acrobat killed the victim to get back at her husband and frame the Cat Lady and Clown, or that the Acrobat drugged the Cat Lady as she didn't have her usual soda and got a fizzy cake soda that made her walk weird from the Clown's account and performed the act in a hypnotic state much like in The Moonstone by Agatha Christie. I could be wrong, but I hope it leads the case in the right direction.
