Andrew gotta get it together. He gets into this mode where he just has to be heard and nobody can speak. Hes always preaching not speaking over and letting ppl get their point at but he never let's ppl finish their point. What really got me is when he shut down Alex. Telling him not to interrupt. Hes part of the podcast Andrew. Let him speak. These are your coworkers, not your employees. CTG and Chris had to have an intervention with Andrew a few years back on Brilliant Idiots because of this. Andrew has to understand that sometimes you just wont understand something and that's ok because it's not your place to understand it. Tighten up Andrew
