Poll - Failed Recordings?

Because failure isn't a bad thing sometimes!
These range from me;
Laughing at myself because I'm so silly
I say the completely wrong word.
I stutter.
I forget I'm recording.
I hit hattie the mic.
Sometimes I hit record in between me recording stuff.
The dog barks.
