Behind The Scenes - April - Coping With Creative Burnout
Added 2021-04-13 11:01:00 +0000 UTCAt the time of writing this 30th of November 2020 I have creative burnout out. It's a pain in the butt and can slow progress down. So, I'd like to take a bit of time to talk about how I cope with creative burnout.
Providing I have the free time I do the following things:
Taking a break!
This can help to refresh myself so I can have a fresh outlook on things!
Take a nap
Nap time is great! Recharge your batteries and wake up feeling refreshed!
Breathe
Sometimes being burnout can be super frustrating, when I'm feeling cross at myself for not being able to do more I'll take some time out to do some breathing exercises.
Do something else!
Sometimes you need to focus on something else and come back to whatever it was you were doing.

2021-04-13 21:17:51 +0000 UTCYou’re ideas and audios are always incredible mommy cloud but these are great ways to cope! sending you hugs <3 <3 I struggle with coping when i’m burnout and stressed so lately i’ve been journaling getting my thoughts down things i’m grateful for, positive things in life, and I also do self care days where I do things that make me happy!
2021-04-13 14:03:44 +0000 UTCThose all sound like good ways of dealing with burnout. :3 I like to stay active and work out, so exercising helps me when I'm feeling down from burnout. Getting into a good book or story is helpful for me too, since it helps my mind relax
