Linkle Sketches 01
Added 2017-02-17 11:33:53 +0000 UTCI did some sketching of Linkle, had a nice enough time considering I really don't like her as a character. Someone on tumblr asked me what my version of Linkle would be. I don't have any greivances with her design, actually, so I'm not sure my version would be all that different.
Making her curvier or bustier has it's appeals, but I like her rather lithe build and wouldn't want to permanently have something else to decrease body diversity - as well as her general youthful appearance.
But I've been giving some thought to how I'd fix her "character" up, though I probably wouldn't use it unless I made a Zelda narrative or comic with her in it. And I don't have any IMMEDIATE intentions of doing so. But I already have some of idea of how I'd handle her arc and origin.

'Cause now I'm more curious and making a "cool" (in your opinion) version of Linkle isn't exactly going to sate that curiosity. Really? I thought her story was pretty cute and she was better love interest in SS than Zelda was. Was more of an actual character as well. Come to think of it, most versions of Zelda are barely characters...

2017-02-17 12:58:04 +0000 UTCCute Personally, I like Linkle in concept, I just wish she had been used in a game other than Warriors. I mean, she seems at least halfway competent, so it'd be interesting to run into her along your journey as someone who's just one step behind you, like as you're leaving an area after saving it, she's just arrive after having heard about the problem. It would all culminate to the one time she gets there ahead of you and she's in over her head, so you have to save her (maybe she also took that dungeon's tool first as well, adding to the necessity). It'd also be funny if they did something similar to what Luigi did in Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, where she goes on her own slightly similar adventure where she boasts about her accomplishments, but she struggled/lucked out a lot more than she's telling you and you find this out through other people.
