Clean Gems Sketch

I've been drawing a lot of Female Link, so I wanted a short break from it, so here's Peridot and Lapis from Steven Universe. Peridot's probably my favourite gem, next to Pearl. But this is the first time I've ever drawn a lapis. Colours aren't what I'd like them to be, but I'm not so conerned about gettin' them perfect for this.

Lapis is alright. Though I think my preferences lie with Pearl and Peridot.

2017-03-11 17:07:50 +0000 UTCNot really a fan of breasts on gems who aren't Rose Quartz, at least not ones that stick out too much on their frame. Just looks weird to me. Outside of personal preference it looks decent, though Lapis's right side of her torso looks a bit weird and her head seem too proportionately small for her body. Peri also seems a bit too tall, especially with the length of her legs. Side not, personally, I'm more of a fan of Jasper and Amethyst.
