More Amaranth
Added 2017-07-29 21:22:17 +0000 UTCWhen was the last time I've drawn an Amaranth? I dunno, a couple of weeks, I guess. No idea what to name any of my sketch files of him though, it's so hard to number them at this point.
I generally don't talk to people about my ideas for characters and stories. I don't think people will really care, and there's always that whole "ah no i can't tell too much and spoil people things" because I'm very particular about how people experience creative things. Plus I don't really spend as much time developing those ideas much nowadays, too busy with other stuff, I guess...
So now Amaranth generally just gets drawn when I want to draw a character with neat faces - by far, out of all the characters I draw, his face is probably the one I enjoy drawing most. I really get to push his expressions sometimes, like the face in the bottom right. I feel like my drawings of him like that make him look like he's the villain of the story or something, but nah, it's just an ugly expression.
I'm really tired, but my work for Snow Daze's next update should be done later today, so I can relax, and then get back to doing my own stuff with less of my attention being split.
