Time and time again I learn how gay dudes are. The only people that really care about a physically massive and chiseled dude is other dudes. Certainly some chicks are into that, but most care about how you treat them. If they feel cared for, heard, and valued, they will not only be attracted to you/love you. They will return that same validation and affirmation. If guys put as much discipline into those things as they do thinking about and caring about how buff they are, it’d be a better place.

I think looks are to a woman similar to what an ability to financially provide is to a man. A woman, for instance, who still lives with her parents in her 30's/40's will likely not feel any shame compared to man who still lives with his parents at that age. And a woman who gains weight and starts to show signs of aging is likely to feel a lot more shame/insecurity than a man who gains weight and starts to show signs of aging.
