2021-12-21 16:29:34 +0000 UTCThe etymology of the word cracker makes it actually pretty racist. I don't think it's a big deal but when I found out about it I thought it was interesting. It dates back to Days of plantations and slavery, slave owners wouldn't want to Dole out the terrible punishment so they had the Cowboys and ranch hands with the slaves and do all the terrible things and they would get referred to as the crackers. I'm 95% sure on this lol
