Princess Ruto's Fishy Bits - Rough Sketch

I'd like to develop this into an illustration at some point - perhaps a painterly one? I'll definitely have to resolve the background first though, not to mention the perspective clashes.
I remember, while growing up, hearing a lot of stories from other kids who'd feel nervous about their parents walking in while they were around Zoras. I never felt the Zoras were naked - nor was I particularly embarassed.
