Williams charts the history of one of Formula One's most important families. From the birth of Sir Frank Williams' racing empire, to his tragic crash off the circuit, and into the modern era where his daughter Claire is at the reigns. It touches upon life on and off the circuit. Though in the case of this family, there doesn't seem to be much difference.

Gonna mention on this that the film is currently available on the BBC iPlayer for people in the UK, I think up until March 19th.

For someone who has been watching F1 since the early nineties the revelations about Frank's and Claire's wants and needs and the family's emotional structure were eye-opening, deeply relatable and very touching and your analysis put the cream and cherry on top by pointing out what makes this film so special! Very much looking forward to your discussion of the Netflix series! :)
