Red Cow
Added 2018-12-27 08:38:18 +0000 UTCI've been playing a lot of Red Dead Online lately; mostly as though it were a single player experience, but it is still a beta, so there's a few bugs here and there, and some additional work to be done. Still, I have been enjoying my experience with the game. I drew my cowgirl.
I kinda tried to match the promotional art style for the game, like what you see on the cover -- it was a fun experiment. It's nice to slow down and just try to think about how I'm going to execute something. That being said, it's got some intense contrast, and the black mignola-esque shading is a big part of the art, and I think my arrangement of the values could still use some work. But that's okay.
Don't forget to go to sleep AND eat!
