It feels like I haven't drawn a solid Female Link in a really long time -- at least, not anything that wasn't sexualized out the wazoo. Last month had some Links, but they weren't wearing the green tunic, and were more sexy pinups.
I decided to ditch the watercolour paint in favor of more opaque colours -- it looks almost as though it were a refined illustration! These kinds of works take longer than my recent stuff, so I'm more easily tired out by the end of it...
Upon close examination, you might see that I'm using a very rough brush -- even for the line art. This is so that I'm less likely to obsess over perfection, as line art is not something I enjoy doing. This brush is actually a modification of a brush that I USED to use, though just a bit more cleaned up -- you can see some of it's previous uses in the first Sketchie Book.
