[Patron-Only Feed] It's time to get to work

The last week was a quiet one, and I thank you all for your patience. I needed to take a break after last month's heavy workload and to prepare for this month's workload.

This Week

I plan to produce an illustration for the $3 Early Access tier. Perhaps a Bowsette? We'll see. I also expect to finish up the pre-development process for the Elayne Beaumont comic.

Elayne Beaumont Comic

As many of you know, the primary objective for this month is to work on a comic featuring Elayne Beaumont, with the intention of having it published on October 31st.

That means I have to squeeze a lot of work into a tighter period of time, and I will be actively working on it throughout the month, no doubt affecting our usual upload habits. The plan, I think, will be to share each week's progress in a batch upload at the end of the week for the $3 Early Access tier. That way, you can still keep in touch with it's ongoing development.

Expected Process

I'm not entirely sure how every step of the process will go, but I do have an idea of what it might look like. I'd like to reach the Development Stage by the start of next week, and the Finishing Touches stage by the beginning of October.

Pre-Development

• Finish Script (re-arrange details, refine story beats, etc.)
• Composition Sketches & Concept Art

Development

• Inks
• Second Pass & Cleanup

Finishing Touches

• Technical Stuff
• Get ready for Publishing

NSFW Sketch Suggestions

As you can imagine, this comic making process is going to be unfamiliar, and perhaps, even a little bit scary. Having said that, I don't know if I'll be as productive with the NSFW Sketch Suggestions as I usually might be -- I'm uncertain.

I will still create a NSFW Sketch Suggestions post for the month, I just don't know what my efficiency will be like, so I thought I'd let you know before the month progresses.

Other Stuff

Also remember that I hope to participate in Linktober during October, so I'll be tossing in some development sketches & concepts into the Monthly Dropbox Archive in preparation for that too.
