Character Suggestions - Theme: Mermaids

Our theme for this month is "mermaids."
Submit characters (name & source) who fit the description (even if only broadly speaking). Send as many as you'd like (separately). Then, I will select a handful of your submissions for a voting poll, and the winning character shall be illustrated!
The voting period will begin on Saturday, 5/8.
