[Blog] Upcoming Projects

I appreciate your continued patience during this time. I haven't drawn much during the last week since I've been busy taking care of stuff related to moving out. That said, I have been planning some work for the rest of the year too.
Also, I've enjoyed the free-for-all sketch requests lately. We should do them more often.
So, what's the plan for 2022?
I do not make enough money. My upcoming rent will cost $1,375 every month, which is less than I currently earn through Patreon. I will also need to take care of taxes, food expenses, and other bills to survive.
That means I need to become incredibly utilitarian this year. I need to focus all of my efforts on maximizing my income, since this may be the single-most important year of my career - as it could conceivably be my final year if things don't go well.
I have three projects planned for 2022, all of which are just about ready to go. They've been outlined in their entirety, so I expect to begin working on them in March or April. I plan to sell all of these products on itch.io during the year. The plan is to slowly develop them between other responsibilities, like mandatory commissions and Patreon Events.
I don't know if they can all be posted directly onto Patreon, so we'll have to see about that.
Upcoming Projects
Beaumont - Trap of the Alraune
[October] Horror / Bad End
Est. page count: 30
Concept: Unlike previous comics, this will be a purely pornographic product. With over 50% of the comic featuring sexual activity and fetishes such as bondage & corruption.
Zelda - Veran's Touch of Darkness
[June] Mind Control / Bad End
Est. page count: 12
Concept: A short comic featuring lesbian sex between Link and Veran (Oracle of Ages). It should be fairly simple in scope so that it can be published sooner than the previous comic.
New Year Bunny Girls
[December] Pinup Set
Est. page count: 8
Concept: An image set featuring various characters dressed in sexy bunny suits. I plan to work on this in preparation for 2023, the year of the Rabbit (which I hope to capitalize on).
Conclusion...
Anyway, I still have more work to do behind the scenes. But I am prepared to begin working on these projects after moving. I hope to create some more artwork this week too.
Don't forget to eat & sleep.
Comments
The idea is to definitely give myself a lot of time to slowly work on those projects. I'm a little nervous about the October project, but I have produced a 40-page comic within the span of a month before, as well as 12-page coloured comic within a similar time. It's their interaction with my new routine and responsibilities that draws uncertainty... But the December project shouldn't be too hard - that could just be like one illustration a month.
