[Blog] Closing out the month

This was a quieter month than April, but not an unproductive one. I produced a lot of work (though none quite as impressive as last month's paintings) and began work on 2 separate projects: a game & comic. But... there wasn't a lot of NSFW artwork. A lot of Elayne though, oddly enough. Make sure to check the Dropbox Archive if you haven't, since I'm just about done for the month. I only see myself posting 1 more sketch before the month ends.
However, I didn't take any commissions this month. I was a little tired from last month and I was setting up some other projects, but I can't afford to skip out on commissions. As I've said before, I do need to be making $2000 - $3000 every month. So, yeah....
Regarding our recently started projects, however...
Comic

The comic is NOT the story I previewed in a recent Concept Art post, but a different short story altogether. It will resemble the Wet Woman story, but may include a bit of dialogue. I'm just taking it one page at a time, but don't have a specific page count confirmed. There is a loose narrative, but I'm mostly doing this for practice.
I think these pages will go onto Twitter as a way of exposing more of the public to Elayne as a character, rather than a simple pinup model. That said, $3 patrons will get the pages first.
Game

It appears I am committed to this project, since I have been working on it consistently over the course of 2-3 weeks. It is fun & challenging, but not as physically demanding as art. It's also easier to accept that it won't look finished right away, though I will eventually have to start making my own art assets... So that'll be an experience.
I typically try to get a Beaumont product out every October. Perhaps a demo in October is worth shooting for?
Anyway, don't forget to eat & sleep.
Comments
While not worth stressing over, a demo in October seems more than appropriate.
