There isn't much to do; it's a short level with some stairs, platforming, and enemies. But it does represent the current level of progress and should give you a good grasp of the overall game feel so far.
I don't think it can run natively on MacOS because I compiled it using a PC, but as long as you can run Microsoft .EXE files, you should be fine. Download & Unzip, as you will need the entire folder for the game to run.
