Terms of Service

I. My content is intended for individuals who are 18 years and above. Any attempt made by minors, i.e. anyone below the age of 18, to purchase my content will result in the individual being blocked and/or reported.
II. I reserve the right to refuse any commission without having to divulge the reason as to why I have refused it.
III. I strictly forbid my content being reposted to AO3, Twitter, Tumblr or any other sharing site without my explicit permission.
IV. I reserve all rights to any and all commissions. However, a work will not be altered or made available to the public to purchase without direct permission from the original customer.
V. If the customer has not responded two weeks after they have been sent the completed commission, I reserve the right to post the commission to any sharing site without the customer’s consent.
VI. Refunds are available to all customers. However, if a commission has already been started (regardless of how much as been written), a refund will not be issued. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
VII. I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission based on the customers’ behavior. Please note that overly excessive messaging (i.e. contacting me every day), improper behavior or lack of response may result in a commission being cancelled.
