"Meridian" redo

Well, this was a surprise!
I'm putting together my latest artbook which contains both Meridian, Quick Study and I'm hoping to put Breeding Boudoir in there as well. I realized as I was putting the book together that I did SO MANY THINGS WRONG when I did this wallpaper featuring Barghest and Quinn that I just couldn't include it in the book in good conscience the way it was.
To that end, I set out to re-do Quinn, since I thought she was the bulk of what was wrong...but then I realized that the containers in the background were way out of perspective, so I went in and redid those before moving to fix Quinn. Then, I realized Barghests' lower body was drawn wrong, and that the color levels were way off, obscuring most of him, so I set about to fix Barghest and the color levels. Before you know it, the entire image is getting worked on and I'm basically redrawing it...
So this is the result of that cascade of realizations! I now feel just fine with including this as a spread in the book :3.

2019-01-30 16:01:23 +0000 UTCI've heard of it and seen what it can do, but to me it seems a little cheesy? I'd rather let my art stand on its own without a bunch of flashy gimmicks applied to it. If I'm gonna make an animation it'll be a purpose-built, frame by frame one ;)!
