- Changed the color atmosphere/pallette so it's not so "pink"
- Redrew Tsenaya in panel 2
I might need to draw more of Nailah in her dressing gown :3...
For me, straight up conversations are difficult to draw in such a way that they're interesting. That said, this conversation is important in that I wanna show that Nailah isn't a heartless monster, and that she does notice when something's a bit off with her daughter. Hopefully she didn't notice Tsenaya's slip of the tongue, but those bags under her eyes are hard to miss.
Also yes I cheated a little on the painting in the background, for those of you who might have noticed-what can I say, I liked that background and thought it might look good as a standalone painting!
