Sleepless Nights 28 (Redo) sketch

Hello. I am a person that cannot stop re-evaluating what he did in the past and rethinking how to draw comic pages so that they're more appealing.

This will be the second page I've redone from a previous comic in as many months, but that's because I'm working on compiling the comics for a print run and just can't stand to have a page go into the book that I know I'm capable of drawing in a more compelling way.

In this new version of the page, everything feels a lot more comfortable, as though you're a stuffed bear sitting on Tsenaya's bed or something instead of just a dispassionate observer.

I also like her facial expressions a lot more in this version. Apologies to those of you who would rather see the story more forward, and don't like it when I revisit old stuff but in this particular case I think it will strengthen the product a lot more in the end!

Your commitment to your art is actually really inspiring! I have been trying my hand at drawing seriously now, after neglecting it for almost 2 decades, having always believed that because I was a "smart" person and didn't have an artistic brain, I could never be an artist, but now that I've actually started really getting into it, I feel that I have potential. Keep up the great work, and I will too!

you're the artist, you have the final say on what works for you and what you want to fix ;P

It does indeed look better. Don't worry. And it also shows you're passionate about your work to some extent when you care about the final result. ^^

A artist that cares for his work, leavs no stones unturned and put joy and pride in every detail, that is more valuble then a fast paste style of getting shit done half heart better then decent or even bloody damn good, but the dot over the i is missing, no heart in the art. Stay strong, stay sharp and leav no stones unturned.

This page is way better than the previous one. Not that the previous version wasn't good, but this one is much stronger by comparison, and it makes the relationship between Cebron and Tsenaya a more understanding one, rather than the classic dom-sub relationship. You made the right decision re-doing this one.
