The priority here is for you to get well and through this, and my opinion is you need help which means a Doctor and likely a course of AD’s for a period for you to stabilise in a better place. The need for you to record is revenue to you, but not important to us as your health. See a Doc don’t be silly about this. There is no apology needed here. Do it!
