For all I knew, her eyes shook as if she never anticipated to see those memories herself. “If Ruina sees this, do you think she will believe it’s just a rumor?” “…” “She will be pretty ripped off, finding out her lord was so nice and gentle and was just a loser.” Instead of getting mad at my pointed comment, Kiella just scoffed.

“Huh. You must’ve been arrogant enough to pull off something like that.”

It seemed she believed the hero had given me a memory bead before his death.
