Drawings December 2018.

Here are the bunch of drawings of this month! 14 pics!

Mostly request drawings plus three commissioned pics to include also in the straitjacket issue (there will be 2 more pics). Also two covers in process, the one for the book about drawing women (for the spanish publisher/edition) and the cover for the fetish office comic. And a really fast colored sketch as a bonus.

Among the request drawings there are several reworked pics. Interesting the case of the Big Recreation Room for Piratestan in horizontal format because it will look better in the one-page-at-a-time-pdf. During the retouching process I've added a new patient to the room... Can you find her? :-)

NEWS: This is the last month I do the request drawings. From now on (starting in February) I will propose a theme/fetish here in Patreon and I will take 6-8 slots of commissions at 50% off. So $25 the one character inked style, $32 with greys,  $40 colored. Just a few differences with my full price commissions that I will indicate properly, but the main ones are that it will include only one previous sketch and it cannot be for private use as I will include them in my pdfs (so no original characters or private portraits).

The long story

Some of you may have noticed that I haven't published a finished a pdf comic from long ago (since april 2018, I've checked). Maybe you have also noticed that I never miss my updates for Patreon. Exactly two each month: a bunch of drawings (requests and commissions I can show) and a bunch of comic pages. It's a good amount of stuff per month in my opinion. I virtually don't have holidays nor official free days. I just take days off now and then. Last months I've felt like in a trap. Always lots of things in the to-do-list, always people waiting for my drawings, always feeling guilty if I rest even one day, always lots of projects in my notebooks without time to work on them...

I don't want to sound like I'm complaining (too much). In many ways my life is now much better than years ago when my income came from doing storyboards (very stressful!) or teaching (boring! -too often-). I like to draw fetishes and make other people happy drawing their fantasies. Last year I've produced tons of pics and short stories in a chaotic way covering all kind of fetishes but I feel that I'm losing my main goals and part of the fun along the way.  Surely it's just a mind trap that I've made by myself and I have to free myself too.

So my goals for this 2019 are:

- To focus. To finish things. To bundle my comics and compilations faster. To be more selective of what kind of works I accept.

- To rest. I need to respect the resting days. Work never ends. Internet never sleeps. Body and mind needs to recover and relax. No guilt.

- To find time for side projects. I enjoy my work, but there are other things apart from bdsm & fetish. I have TONS of ideas I'd like to show to the world too. My hobby is the music not comics!
