Drawings January 2019.

After the stressful December, this month I've worked a bit more relaxed so apart from the pages and to finish the two pdf issues I've barely have done three commissions... (Damn, I've worked too much again!).

I've also included the just ink versions of the covers and also as curiosity an alternate coloring for the straitjackets issue cover. Many times the colors I apply when I'm working and the final ones are not the same. It's common to do some last minute adjustments in photoshop with Hue, Contrast, Curves, etc. In this case I changed completely the color range to blues in the final cover because it looked better as a mencing cell.

....Aaaand in February I start with the 50% discount commissions based on a theme of my choice. They will be usually based on my mood and that I need fo fill future issues (like the straitjackets issue that mix comics and pics). I accept suggestions for future themes but I don't promise I will use them.

And the first theme will be...

Of course you can mix it with any other thing or fetish, but the focus should be ropes.

As it's the first time I don't know the better way to handle the process, so it can take a few months until everything runs smoothly. Will it be tons of requests? Will you ask for simple drawings or complex ones? Will it be a success or will be received in complete indiference? Will it depend too much on the theme?

I plan to take about 4-6 commissions or slots, depending on complexity. Instead of arrival order I think it's better to allow a few days (until 3rd of February) to receive proposals and then I will choose those that better fit the theme or I find more appealing the idea.

You can check my price guide in my website but if we do the maths over 50% off it will result in $25 the one character inked style, $32 with greys,  $40 colored. For two characters (the second is half priced): $37 inked,  $48 greys, $60 color.

The rules (or differences to my regular commissions):

- You can give me a normal long description. No more the three/four words. You can be precise and show me reference pics or short and give me more freedom, as you wish. I don't really have preference for any. Some days I don't like to think and some days I prefer to be creative.

- You will receive only one previous sketch, instead of the two I usually do in my regular commissions. But as a sketch I can do changes and adjustments before continue to the final stages.

- I have to be able to use the drawings later to include them in my comics for sale. So no characters with copyright (popular videogames or comic characters) and no private stuff (realistic portraits).

- No hurry. I will do them within the month and I hope even in the first fortnight of the month, but it's hard to handle 4-6 commissions at the same time, plus maybe some other private commission, plus start working on the pages of the month, plus any other life incidental. In my regular commissions I don't sent the invoice/receive the payment until I'm really going to start, and then things go pretty fast. In a few days it's usually finished. Here everything will be a bit more relaxed.

- Payment. It can be done through Patreon or Paypal. I prefer Paypal because I can send an invoice and I can refund you the money in case of any problem. Anyway Patreon is fine too, especially if you prefer to keep your anonymity.
