Diabetes + Myths.
Added 2017-10-11 21:38:09 +0000 UTCI wanted to do a video on diabetes. I know some people who have this. They won't eat fruit because they are afraid it will spike their blood sugar, yet I have seen them eat sweet desert. smh. .
This video will hopefully clear a few things up, and help people get off of meds. Eating a plant based diet, has been proven helpful to a great degree. I would like to know if anyone has success that tries this, or whatever your results.
