Some have been asking me for this video. Well here it is :-) I normally don't put the oatmeal in the drink, but I wanted to try it today. If you try this recipe, You can put whatever you want in it. I normally add Papaya, but I didn't have any cut up this morning. I sometimes put in blueberries, or carrots, or spinach as well. It's whatever you want.
I was really shocked to see the calorie content in it. It would be over 100 calories less if I left out the oatmeal. Still that's a lot of calories. That's just breakfast, then there's snacks, Lunch, snacks, dinner, snacks. lol
Check out the nutrient content and charts I put in the video. See all of the protein I get in just that one drink. And again, that's just breakfast. sometimes I put nuts in there also, that raises the protein level. I also eat chickpeas, they are also high in protein. There's the answer to. "How do you vegans get your protein". lol
