sick again

I'm convinced that the reason I got what I have now, is because the last few nights, I have barely slept. Last night was the worst. I was up coughing all night. literally laid down and was up there for 6 hours constantly coughing with a sinus drip. I'm convinced that sleep is very important to keeping you well. It's this uncontrollable coughing and tickle in my lungs and throat. Many of you know, I have emphysema and a month or so ago, I had pneumonia. The vitamin c and pineapple smoothie hasn't done much for it. I am going to try and get all better, so that I can get back to making videos.
It doesn't help much to have vampires living in your house who come in at all hours of the night making noise, and a husband that comes in at 6:30 AM after you finally just went to sleep and wakes you up. I hear all the constant noises and opening drawers, putting things down and opening doors. Not gently either. Although he said it is. right! Anyway I am feeling pretty crappy right now.
Also have this pain in my rib cage that got worse from coughing last night. It happened from coughing before when I had pneumonia, and it got worse again. Been putting hot compresses on it and taking ibuprofin, but it's still there. ugh!
Hopefully I will get better soon and stay that way.
