Alot of things have been going on with my life and health the last year. Until I am untrapped, and in a warmer climate, but not hot, I'm not thriving. The last few videos of flexing I did, I was on a vegan diet. I am hoping this is the last winter in a cold climate for me. I have been saying that for the last few years. I need to be out in nature. Weather conditions are tricky with my emphysema. That will never get any better. So they say anyway.
