I can't win!

After he put it in oh, there is still another problem, the voltage regulator happens to be in the PCM. Now we need to PCM and he said that yesterday that he thought we might need one. Problem is, they are discontinued and they don't make them anymore. I've been searching all day for one to fit my van that isn't so expensive. I found one that I might be able to get for $300 but I just put $130 into it already for the alternator. Pulling my hair out at the moment. This van has been nothing but a money pit😱😡😩
