Poor Benny

My Pekingese benny has an eye infection in both eyes and he is getting much weaker in his back legs. I have taken him to the vet two times in the last week. I have eye medication that I'm supposed to be dropping in his eyes but it's very difficult with no help. I've been dealing with a lot of stuff lately with my daughter as well and other family members.
The first time I took him to the vet he was itchy but it all started with bandit. Rocky does not treat his dogs for fleas but I give mine stuff every month. I guess his dogs got fleas and now mine are feeling it as well. They started giving Benny a medication for allergies and that's when his eyes started getting infected.
Sorry I haven't been around much but things have been a mess.
