New Sprites - Mr. Noto!

As Mr. Noto becomes a more prominent character, we've expanded his sprite catalogue and added in 5 poses and 6 expressions. (well, Kokman drew 5 expressions, but I stitched 2 together heh)
I'll be going back through the game and revamping his scenes!
Along with redoing what I did for Episode 5 :D
